1. Booking and Payment

A reservation is officially confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remaining balance must be fully paid no later than 2 days before your scheduled arrival. If the balance is not received within this timeframe, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. While we strive to be flexible, our standard policy applies:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a refund of the balance payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM). Please inform us of your expected arrival time.

• Check-out: By 11:00 (11 AM). This allows us the necessary time to prepare the Casa for our next guests.

• Late check-outs may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

4. Liability and Safety

• Hacienda El Mirador and its owners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property during their stay.

• The use of the accommodation, the gardens, and the salt-water pool is entirely at the guests' own risk.

• The owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using the facilities.

• Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times, especially in and around the pool area.

5. Damages and Maintenance

Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with care. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the owners immediately. While we understand that accidents happen, any significant damage to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.

6. House Rules and Conduct

To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone at the Hacienda:

• Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the area, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Casas.

• Parties: Large parties or events are not permitted unless previously agreed upon in writing.

7. Force Majeure

The owners are not liable for circumstances beyond their control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, fire, technical failures of utilities (water/electricity), or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts of Cádiz, Spain
