We understand that travel plans can change. To provide the best service to all our guests, we apply the following policy regarding cancellations and modifications:

1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time (local time at the property).

Example: If your check-in is on Friday at 3:00 PM, you must cancel by Wednesday at 3:00 PM at the latest.

2. Late Cancellation
If you cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.

3. No-Show
In the event of a "no-show" (failing to arrive without prior notice), the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided or invoiced accordingly.

4. How to Cancel
